Manali day hikes & local walks

Lamadug / Lamadugh

A demanding forest-and-meadow mountain day. Arrange a local guide and confirm fitness, weather and trail access before setting out.

Sethan & lower Hampta Valley

Plan a suitable lower-valley day walk with local advice and confirmed road access. This is not the multi-day Hampta Pass crossing.

Jogini Falls & Vashisht

Walk established paths near the waterfall, respecting villages and sacred places. Avoid slippery edges and fast-flowing water.

Old Manali & Solang-side walks

Explore village lanes around Manu Temple, or ask about a suitable Solang-side outing towards Anjani Mahadev. Patalsu and Bhrigu are more demanding objectives, not casual walks.
